Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject mater of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order of this Court in W.P.No. 25293 of 2014 and batch dated 10.7.2015.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order in W.P.No. 25293 of 2014 and batch dated 10.7.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
