- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.14927 of 2007 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the order in M.P.No.5 of 2002 in I.D.No.151 of 1996 dated 27.11.2003 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court at Warangal. The said petition was filed by the 2nd respondent herein. By order dated 23.06.2011, the writ petition stood dismissed so far as 2nd respondent is concerned.

In view of the dismissal of the writ petition against the 2nd respondent who was the petitioner before the Labour Court, and the sole respondent on whom the notice served is presiding officer of the Labour Court, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
