The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.371 of 2013 on the file of the V Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
