THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.12273 of 2012 ORDER:

Mr. V. Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that he was unable to contact the petitioner despite his best efforts. Mr. Srikanth Hari Haran, learned counsel representing Mr. V. Hari Haran, learned counsel for the 6th respondent, states that the matter has been settled. He placed before this Court a coy of the judgment dated 22.06.2012 passed by the learned IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in O.S.No.2393 of 2011 which was filed by one Smt. G. Leela against the 6t h respondent. By the said judgment, the trial Court took note of the memo filed on behalf of the plaintiff that the matter was settled out of Court and that she wished to withdraw the suit and accordingly dismissed the suit as such. Significantly, the plaintiff in the said suit was represented by the petitioner herein in the capacity of a General Power of Attorney holder. In the above circumstances, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
