HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.21952 of 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "...issue Writ order or direction more in the nature Writ of Mandamus declaring inaction of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not taking any action upon the Petitioner's objections dated 25.09.2019 sent by registered post on 25.09.2019 before the appropriate Committee and its Members as illegal, unconstitutional and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the objections raised by the petitioner by letter dated 25.09.2019 in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
At the hearing, Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, placed before this Court a copy of the letter, dated 01.01.2019, of the Regional Director of National Council for Teacher Education, wherein it is stated that the petitioner's representation dated 25.9.2019 has been received in the office of the respondents on 01.10.2019 and the objections raised by the petitioner shall be considered by the SRC in its upcoming meeting to be held on 04.10.2019.
Recording the contents of the aforesaid letter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take action in accordance with law on the objections of the petitioner, dated 25.9.2019. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
