ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, who is the member of founder family of Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple, Chikkadapalli, with the grievance that respondent No.2 has not been getting the enquiry concluded against respondent No.4, the Executive Officer of the said temple. The learned Government Pleader for Endowments (TS), on instructions, submitted that a Committee, comprising Regional Joint Commissioner, Special Deputy Collector (LPC) and one of the Deputy Commissioners of Endowments, was already constituted and a preliminary report was submitted by the said Committee. She has further submitted that the enquiry will be completed and a final order will be passed within six weeks.
In the light of the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to ensure that the enquiry is completed and a final order is passed within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.35204 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
