Miss Nausheer Najm Us Sahar, learned counsel, representing Sri M.R.K. Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that this writ petition has become infructuous as a subsequent writ petition in W.P.No.3029 of 2011 has been instituted.

In that view of the matter, no adjudication is required in this writ petition, which is accordingly closed leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate all the points urged herein in the subsequent writ petition. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
