This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 129 of 2010 on the file of Halia (Alwal) Police Station, Nalgonda District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court at Miryalaguda on 17.05.2013. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
