HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.3895 of 2013 in M.A.C.M.A.No.53 of 2005 and M.A.C.M.A.No.53 of 2005 JUDGMENT:

M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.3895 of 2013 is filed to condone the delay of 541 days in filing the restoration petition to set aside the dismissal order dated 04-01-2012 against respondent Nos.1 and 3.

A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, shows that there is no sufficient ground to condone the said inordinate delay and therefore, the said application is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, MACMA MP No.3895 of 2013 is dismissed. Consequently, the order passed by this Court on 04-01-2012 dismissing the appeal against respondent Nos.1 and 3 holds good. No costs.
