In all these writ petitions, aggrieved by inaction of 4th respondent in returning the Fixed deposit amounts deposited by petitioners along with interest inspite of issuing legal notices, the present writ petitions are filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners says that after filing writ petitions, Demand drafts have been given to the petitioners in respect of their amounts and the petitioners will return the F.D.Rs within two days.

Accordingly, all the writ petitions are disposed of. The petitioners shall return F.D.Rs within a period of two days from today. Pending miscellaneous applications if any shall stand closed.
