Even today when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners in the morning and afternoon sessions. It shows that the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
