HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2373 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed :

Having regard to the gravity of the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall go on. However, the Police of Kakinada III Town Police Station, Kakinada, East Godavari District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.50 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
