THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21941 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that she is the owner of residential house bearing No.30-152/10/15/A at Subhash Nagar, Old Safilguda, Malkajgiri GHMC Circle & Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, but, the respondent authorities are threatening her to demolish the said property without issuing any notice and without giving any opportunity to her.

Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that a copy of the notice was affixed on the wall of the subject property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is denying the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel.

Having regard to the facts of the present case, interests of justice would be served, if a copy of the notice, which has been made available to the petitioner's counsel, is treated as the notice served on the petitioner. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit explanation within a period of four (4) weeks. Thereupon, the respondent authorities shall consider the

CKR, J W.P.No.21941 of 2019 same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. Till such time, no coercive action shall be taken with respect to the petitioner's property.

Subject to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
