THE HON'BLE JUSTICE SUREPALLI NANDA WRIT PETITION No.22147 of 2Ol1ORDER:

It is reported by Sri S.Rao, Advocate representing on behalf of Sri Ramidi Sathyanarayana, learned counsel on record that he obtained instructions for withdrawal of W.P.No.22147 of 2Ol1 and accordingly seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of W.P.No.22147 of 2O11. 2.

Permission is accorded and this writ petition IS dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

3. This Court on 12.O8.2O 1 1 was pleased to grant interim stay of dispossession for a period of four weeks, which was extended until further orders vide orders of this Court dated 30.10.2011. By virtue of withdrawal of the present writ petition, earlier interim order granted by this Court stands vacated.
