Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in insisting the petitioner to execute registered documents before the 3rd respondent in favour of third parties in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.50 in Sy.No.3163 situated in Itikalapalli Village, Ananthapuram Mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the third respondent not to entertain any transaction in respect of the above land. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police are high-handedly forcing the petitioner to register the subject land in favour of third parties. The same is strongly disputed by the learned Government Pleader.

Having regard to the rival submissions made and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to coerce or insist the petitioner to execute registered sale deeds in favour of third parties. If the
