HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19007 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the allegations of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent has sent two constables on 01.06.2018 and detained the petitioner in the police station on the same day till 10.30 p.m. were false; and that the allegation of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent demanded the petitioner to vacate the subject residential house and hand over the same to his mother or else would implicate the petitioner into false cases was also denied. It is further stated that the petitioner filed the present writ petition only on mere apprehension to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of lodging of any complaint against him in future. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However it goes without saying that the respondents shall not interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and 4th respondent. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
