No representation for the petitioner. Sri G.Seena Kumar, appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the cause in the writ petition is rendered ineffective in the sense a school is already constructed by the 2nd respondent in the plot earmarked for this purpose by the Revenue Department.

The statement is placed on record. This court is of the view that because of the subsequent developments, the petitioner is not coming forward to workout the writ prayer.

The writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
