When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondentsMunicipal Corporation that if the private properties of the petitioner are required for public purposes, the respondentsMunicipal Corporation will follow due process of law. Recording the said statement of the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondent-authorities to follow due process of law if the private properties of the petitioner are required for any public purpose.
