Sri Penumaka Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, filed a letter before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the revision.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption " For Withdrawal'.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the revision.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision petition also shall stand dismissed.
