HON'BLE SRI JSUTICE R.KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.15907 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed against the proceedings dated 27.04.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent by removing the petitioner from the post of Field Assistant, Yerraballi Gram Panchayat, Pulivendula Mandal, YSR Kadapa District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that a show cause notice dated 30.01.2014 was issued to him by the 3rd respondent making some allegations, to which he submitted his explanation on 07.04.2014 denying the allegations levelled against him. Subsequently, the 3rd respondent passed the order of removal dated 27.04.2014. Feeling aggrieved of the same, he filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent, which is now pending.

3. Since the appeal is pending before the Appellate Authority, I am of the view that a direction requires to be issued to the Appellate Authority for disposal of the appeal within a specified period.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J Date: 11.06.2015 BSS HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO
