In compliance of the interim directions dated 11.12.2014 in W.P.M.P.Nos.47050 and 47051 of 2014 in W.P.No.37602 of 2014 to send the petitioner for medical examination to the hospital of the respondent - Corporation and to take further action in respect of providing alternative employment basing on the medical certificate that may be issued by the Corporation hospital, the petitioner was provided employment by virtue of the orders dated 13.07.2015.

Therefore, the directions issued by the Court are complied. From the Court records also, it is seen that the Writ Petition itself was finally disposed of on 05.02.2016.
