UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION Nos. 33091, 33097, 33104 and 33135 of 1997 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) As W.A.No.227 of 2008, preferred by the Food Corporation of India against the order passed in W.P.No.33167 of 1997, has been dismissed and the order of the learned Single Judge has been affirmed, all these writ petitions are allowed. The petitioners shall be entitled to the relief, granted to them by the Industrial Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, as has been detailed in the order passed in W.A.No.227 of 2008 dated 31.08.2017.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
