HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.36926 OF 2016 ORDER:

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that Award was passed on 14.10.2016 and the copy of the award will be delivered/ sent to petitioner by RPAD on or before 09.11.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the Award and the preceding proceedings in a properly instituted proceeding. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
