THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4137 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Hence, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, considering the fact that the petitioner is a Government employee and is a lady, the Police of Eluru II Town Police Station, West Godavari District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
