HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7485 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 of Crime No.710 of 2017 of Station House Officer, Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 IPC and also the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant.

There is nothing to interdict the investigation, but for to say pending investigation, the petitioners shall not be arrested, however, it will not prevent securing the presence of the petitioners for the purpose of investigation. All defences are left open in the event of filing of final report in the form of charge sheet. 3.

Having regard to the above, the criminal petition is disposed of 4.
