THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.75 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is arising out of non-implementation of the order, dated 30.09.2016 passed in W.P.M.P.No.41708 of 2016. In the said order, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation, dated 13.08.2016 submitted by the petitioner for payment of statutory benefits in terms of the Judgment of this Court in W.P.No.13573 of 2006, dated 26.02.2014.

Now the learned counsel for respondents produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings, dated 17.01.2017 passed pursuant to the said order. Since the main writ petition itself is pending, no further proceedings can be taken up in the instant contempt case. The contempt case is accordingly closed.
