The case of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner vide No.D3/1259/2015 under Section 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purpose) Act, 2006 (for short 'the Act') against the order dated 19.07.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings No.A/2310/2014 is pending before the 2nd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner against the proceedings dated 19.07.2014 passed by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
