HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5930 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/ A1 seeks to quash the proceedings in FIR No.215 of 2017 of Medipally PS, which was registered for the offence under Sections 447, 420 and 406 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 26.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Medipally PS, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed on 05.07.2017 and case was registered as C.C. No.878 of 2017 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.215 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
