THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.36 of 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for respondent No.3 filed additional set of material papers including the Memo filed on behalf of the 3rd respondent- decree holder before the concerned Court. Vide said memo, the 3rd respondent requested the Court that in view of the stay granted by this Court in W.P.No.18086 of 2014, it is not intending to prosecute the execution petition. Learned counsel further states that though no orders are passed, the 3rd respondent has requested for dismissal of the execution petition as it is not intending to prosecute the execution petition till the disposal of writ petition.
