HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18879 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not investigating into the crime registered vide FIR No.662/2017, dated 24.11.2017 on the file of the Satyanarayanapuram Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home though produced written instructions stating that the Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada-2nd respondent, requested the Additional Director General of Police, CID, Andhra Pradesh, to forward a proposal to the Joint Director, Immigration, New Delhi, for issuance of 'Look Out Circular', against respondent Nos.5 to 7, but, it is not mentioned whether the Additional Director General of Police has forwarded the said proposal to the Joint Director, Immigration, New Delhi.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the Additional Director General of Police to forward proposal sent by the 2nd respondent to the Joint Director, Immigration, New Delhi, for issuance of 'Look Out Circular' against respondent Nos.5 to 7.

In view of the same, the Additional Director General of Police, CID, Andhra Pradesh, is directed to take action on the proposal sent by the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Office is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Additional Director General of Police, CID, Andhra Pradesh. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
