As there was no representation for the petitioner on 07.03.2018, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 14.03.2018. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for Dismissal', there is no representation either for the petitioner of his counsel both in the morning and afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further.
