Heard Sri D.Kasim Saheb, learned counsel for petitioner and Standing Counsel for respondents.

Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that in terms of order dated 22-09-2009 in W.P.M.P.No.20785 of 2009 in W.P.No.15847 of 2009, the respondents have issued proceedings No.E2/255(16)/2006-RM(O), dated 21-10-2009.

Having regard to the proceedings read above, counsel appearing for petitioner requests the court to permit the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 21-10-2009 and dispose of the writ petition, as no further order is necessary. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
