The case of the petitioner is that he participated in the CMR process and the 2nd respondent supplied paddy for milling purpose, which the petitioner supplied and delivered to the 2nd respondent for the years 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, the petitioner raised bills for the same and as the said bills are not cleared, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 17.09.2016 for release of the payments. As there was no response, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sr K.Raghu Babu, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
