Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.212/2018 against one Gunduboina Satyanarayana & 11 others, including Sri Putti Velagalamma for the offences under Section 448, 324, 323, 506 r/w.34 IPC and that investigation was in progress. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
