When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings dated 30.05.2009 issued by the respondents suspending the petitioner from service were suspended vide interim order dated 24.08.2009 and in pursuance of the said interim order, the petitioner's suspension orders were revoked and hence the cause in the writ petition no longer survives for adjudication and has become infructuous.
