Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner contends that without following due process of law, the respondents are proposing to constitute Ravulapalem Nagara Panchayat including Ubalanka village where the petitioner is residing. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents states on instructions that there is no such proposal for upgradation of Ravulapalem or Ubalanka Gram Panchayats to that of Nagar Panchayat and there is no such proposal to merge Ubalanka village for constituting any Nagar Panchayat.

In view of the said statement made by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, there is no cause of action for the petitioner to file the Writ Petition at present. However, petitioner is given liberty to revive the Writ Petition in the event there is any such proposal. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
