THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8225 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 238 of 2013 on the file of Khanapuram Haveli Police Station, Khammam District. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 16.12.2013 before the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Khammam and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 204 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for appearance of the accused on 25.06.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
