HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.41841 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved over the action of respondents Nos.2 and 3 in summoning him to the police station everyday. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that respondents Nos.2 and 3 are calling the petitioner to the police station every day, asking him to sit there and leave the police station in the evening. Except stating so, the learned Counsel for the petitioner could not be able to produce any material in connection with the harassment meted out by the petitioner in the hands of the above said respondents. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. ________________ RAJA ELANGO, J Date: 1st December, 2016 Nn
