This petition is filed seeking transfer of D.V.C.No.27 of 2016 pending on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole, Prakasham District, to the Court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad/ Rachakonda at Malkajgiri, R.R.District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the first respondent and learned Public Prosecutor for second respondent.

The ground on which the transfer is sought for is that both the parties are residing at Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the first respondent fairly admits that the first respondent is also staying at Hyderabad. Hence, in such circumstance, it would be convenient to both the parties if the matter is tried by the Court at Hyderabad.

Hence, the petition is allowed and the D.V.C.No.27 of 2016 pending on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ongole, Prakasham District is hereby transferred to the Court of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad/ Rachakonda at Malkajgiri, R.R.District.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
