Since 10.06.2013, none appeared for the petitioner and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even when the matter is posted today for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner called absent and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in pursuing the writ petition.
