Gottumukkala Madhavi Devi, W/O. Srinivas v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.41077 of 2015 O R D E R :
Heard.
The petitioners are aggrieved by non-consideration of stay petition filed in the pending revision No.P255/P3 of 2013, which is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. It is apparent that the petitioners revision is pending from 2013 and neither the revision nor the stay petition has so far been heard. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that all the respondents in the said revision are duly served and are represented by a counsel. He also states that there is no impediment for hearing and disposal of the revision petition itself.
Keeping in view that the said revision along with the stay petition is pending from 2013, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix an early date of hearing in the said revision and after notice to the petitioners and other parties, if any, hear and decide the revision itself in stead of the stay application, as early as possible. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
