Surja Mirda v. The State Of Telangana

2015-10-01Vilas V.Afzulpurkar1 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.32143 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

In spite of asking several questions to clarify as to the provision under which the relief is sought for by the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to say as to the legal basis for asking public enquiry, as prayed for. The petitioner is stated to be in possession of agricultural dry lands admeasuring Ac.2.00 and Ac.3.00 in Survey Nos.23/226 and 23/227 of Nazrul Nagar No.7, Kagaznagar, Adilabad District. He complains that respondents 1 to 4 are required to take action against Ulfa Extremist activities in Kagaznagar, Adilabad District. However, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is entirely different and it is as if the relief sought for, for maintaining law and order, which is otherwise the responsibility of the law enforcers.

I am unable to see any valid ground to entertain the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
