Gurram Vamshi Krishna, v. State Of Telangana, Rep. By Its Principal Secretary,
HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.44768 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes existing between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 7 in any manner. Heard and perused the material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that without there being any complaint, the 3rd respondent at the instance of respondents 4 to 7 herein, who are lessors of the petitioner-lessee is compelling the petitioner to vacate the premises or to face severe consequences.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the 3rd respondent is not intending to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. However, this order will not stand in the way of the 3rd respondent to register a case, if any complaint is lodged against the petitioner disclosing cognizable offence. No costs.
