THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.24064 OF 2000 ORDER:

On 17.11.2017 when the matter was called, as there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 24.11.2017, on which date, at request, the matter was adjourned to 27.11.2017. On 27.11.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 28.11.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, when the matter came up in the forenoon session, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was passed over and again taken up in the afternoon session, but there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
