THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1308 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 31.01.2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.2700 of 2018. The order in the Writ Petition No. 2700 of 2018 is only to the effect to consider the complaint of the petitioner and act upon the same within a period of eight weeks, in accordance with law. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved with respect to the order passed by the respondent, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the same would give rise to 1a separate cause of action for the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to point out the defects in the order made by the respondent and bring to the notice of the authority. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
