ORDER:

Petitioner submits that he is the owner of land in an extent of Ac.3.34 guntas in Sy.No.266 of Madapur village wherein he had dug a bore well. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent had also dug a bore well adjacent to bore well of the petitioner and accordingly, he made a complaint to the third respondent on 01.06.2015 as well as to the second respondent on 08.07.2015 but as no action is taken up, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader state that both the representations of the petitioner were enquired and verified through the Mandal Revenue Inspector and the Village Revenue Officer and a notice is already issued to the fourth respondent calling for his explanation.

3. Learned counsel for the fourth respondent, however, states that he is not aware of the notice issued to the fourth respondent.

4. However, since appropriate action is already initiated by the third respondent, no further directions are necessary to be issued except directing the third respondent to take necessary steps in accordance with the provisions of the A.P.
