Heard.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order, but for liberty given to the petitioner to examine the person acquainted with the signature of one of the attestors of the settlement deed in proof contemplated by Sections 68 read with 71, 47 and 67 of the Evidence Act, to file a detailed affidavit as to who is the person acquainted with the signature to be examined, if at all through summons through Court or by hand summons as the case may be.

Subject to the above observation, the revision petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
