THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5625 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 12.08.2014 passed in I.A.No.3 of 2013 in O.S.No.3 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file necessary documents before the trail Court. Permission is accorded.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty to the petitioner to file documents before the trail Court. If the petitioner files documents in support of his case, the trail Court is hereby directed to mark the documents and pass orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
