Petitioner participated in the selection process to the post of Forest Range Officer in the examinations held on 11th and 12th of November, 2017. According to petitioner, she secured very high marks. As she belongs to BC-B category, she was expecting that she may be called for verification as per her performance. However, she was not called for verification of the documents on the ground that she has wrongly bubbled in O.M.R. Sheet with regard to Roll Number in the qualifying paper of English. Requesting to evaluate her marks ignoring the wrong bubbling, a representation was made on 30.04.2018. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is presently confining the prayer to direct the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) to consider her representation and to take a decision.

Learned Standing Counsel representing the TSPSC, on instructions, submits that verification stage is completed and now the process is at the stage of medical examination. 5.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in her representation dated 30.04.2018 and take appropriate

decision in accordance with law and communicate the said decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
