THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.17643 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the award of the second respondent in A.O.P.No.804 of 2012 dated 23.09.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the certified copy/original of the award was not furnished to the petitioners in order to take further steps in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act ("the Act" for brevity) before the trial Court and as and when they receive the certified copy/original of the award, they would take necessary steps within the period prescribed under the provisions of the Act.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. It is needless to observe that the respondents shall not implement the award of the second respondent till the petitioners are supplied with certified copy/original of the award and shall follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
